THE CONCEPT AND ESSENCE OF THE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS OF HIGHER TECHNICAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article deals with the concept and essence of the communicative competence of students of higher technical educational institutions. The structure of the communicative competence of students in terms of the competence-based approach isshown. Also, the comparative characteristic of existing interpretations of the notion of competence is given.
