THE CONCEPT AND FEATURES OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE

The article investigates the notion of “administrative procedure”. Were analyzed the origins and characteristics of determining the content of this concept in several European countries and Russia. Also given the authors’ view on the definition, content and characteristic features of the above categories.
