THE CONCEPT AND THE LEGAL NATURE OF THE PROCEDURE OF JUDICIAL PARTICIPATION IN SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES IN THE CIVIL PROCESS (LITIGATION) OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the investigation of the concept and legal nature of the dispute settlement procedure with the participation of a judge in the civil process in Ukraine. The essential differences between this procedure and other conciliation procedures such as mediation and consiliation have been analyzed, and the use of the term “judicial reconciliation” as the activity of judges within the framework of a new institute has been proposed.
