THE CONCEPT OF IDEOLOGY: ITS ESSENCE, CONTENT, FORM

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of ideology, the study of its essence, content, form. Based on the analysis of existing points of view, an author’s definition of ideology is proposed. The conclusion is drawn that at different levels of human life ideology can have its own form. It is ascertained that ideology is realized through a certain ideological activity. It is substantiated that the object and subject of ideological influence is a person.
