Abstract
The article deals with topical issues of the constitutional reform process, which is a feature of the constitutional pro- cess and the kind of legal process. Analyzes the category of «constitutional process». Established distinctive features of the constitutional reform process comparing to the legislative process. An own definition of «constitutional reform process» is proposed.
