THE CONCEPT OF THE PRIVATE SPEAKING INTRUSION, AS A THEORETICAL AND LEGAL PROBLEM

Abstract
The article is concerned about the analysis of theoretical and legal approaches to the concept of private speaking intrusion. Considering the analysis of current scientific researches, the legislation, in this article one can find the actual problems of the understanding of the private speaking intrusion, its role and place in the system of covert investigating (searching) activities. There is also the scientific working out of the ways of the optimization the concerned problems.
