The conceptual approach to forming the financial mechanism of public administration by national economy of Ukraine

Abstract
In order to study specifics of forming the financial mechanism of public administration by national economy of Ukraine in the article theoretical and methodological aspects of the organization of public administration mechanisms of national economy, which integrate target orientations, functional activities on the use of appropriate forms and methods, tools and levers of public administration, as well as organizational structures, that will ensure the practical implementation of planned management actions in accordance with the set state objectives are analyzed and systematized. The conceptual approach to forming the financial mechanism of public administration by national economy has been developed and specifics of the implementation its components, as an integral element of the economic mechanism, which will affect a socio-economic development of the national economy, have been determined.
