The corporate conflicts in joint-stock company: causes, typology of manifestation, and solutions

Abstract
corporate conflicts. Achieving this purpose allows providing recommendations for the conflicts resolving between the corporate relations participants in a joint-stock company. The process of corporate relations in business partnerships was chosen as a matter for scientific inquiry. The organizational, economic and instrumental support for the corporate control distribution and implementation during the corporate conflict in a joint-stock company resolving was considered as a source for the study. Methodology of research. Methodology of research. The theoretical generalization, analysis, and synthesis, formalization were used as a methodical basis for this research. Findings. Achieving research results develop the theoretical positions and methodological approaches to determining the causes and prerequisites for corporate conflicts appearance in economic partnerships. Also, these results substantiate the choice of forms and methods of corporate conflicts resolving. The implementation of the proposed theoretical and methodological provisions made possible the systematization and supplementation the typology of corporate conflicts manifestation. This proposal allows raising the substantive justification of decisions about the interests of the corporate relations participants’ harmonization. The practical value of achieving research results consist of the opportunities expansion for creating a mechanism for increasing the stability of the corporate relations system in a business community. Such stability is considered under the conflict situations influence and supported by streamlining the corporate control distribution.
