THE CREATIVE PROCESS AND CONTENT OF TEACHERS

Abstract
The article considers aspects of the creative work of the teacher. The author carried out a short summary of the concept of creativity in terms of pedagogy and psychology. Text of the article proves that the technical tasks for specialists should consist of three basic steps. These steps such as awareness of and justification ideas, next step is the technical development tasks and practical work on it. The next step is testing facility in operation and evaluation of the creative solutions yet.
