Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the work by famous Ukrainian Transcarpathian writer Andriy Durunda. The study is based in particular on the author’s manuscript of the new collection of short stories «A black mamba bite». It also investigates the features of the language, the style and the subject of A. Durunda’s texts.
