The delimitation of the customs offenses provided in art. 287 Contravention Code of the Republic of Moldovaas set out in art. 231 Customs Code of RM

Abstract
The object of the present investigation is the customs offense, which means the violation of the customs laws committed through actions or inaction that attract liabilities established in the Moldovian Contraventional and Customs Codes. The customs offense implies administrative or material liability in accordance with the provisions of the Moldovian Contraventional and Customs Codes. Customs offenses are reflected in Art. 287 Contraventional Code of the Republic of Moldova (with contravention) and 231 Customs Code of the Republic of Moldova (with material liability).
