THE DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRONIC FORM OF THE ECONOMIC TURNOVER AT THE STAGE OF FORMATION

Abstract

Problem setting. A retrospective analysis of the doctrinal principles and legislations of the leading countries in the world allows us to assert with confidence that today no international legal doctrine, nor is there any national legislation does not contain definitions of the electronic form of the economic turnover, as well as missing a systematic study of this phenomenon. Target of research. The purpose of this article is to explore the development of electronic form of the economic turnover at the stage of its formation, to determine the periodization of this process and to identify the main prerequisites of appropriate transformations of the global economic order. Analysis of recent researches and publications. Among the recent scientific researches, mainly devoted to selected aspects of the research subject, it should be noted first of all the writings of T. H. Zatonatska, A. A. Maievska, V. L. Pleskach, Ye. M. Strelchuk, T. M. Tardaskina, Yu. V. Tereshko, I. O. Trubin, R. Yu. Tsarov, A. V. Chuchkovska, O. I. Shaleva, A. V. Shamraiev. Article’s main body. It should be noted that the development of the analysed phenomenon, as history shows, was devoided of consistency. The evolution of the electronic form of economic turnover was not presented by an integrated progressive transition from the ordinary one to the next more complicated, but it was represented by the unity of transformation processes in individual sectors of the information economy. Despite the apparent eclecticism, the development of phenomena, wich were explored in this research, can be systematized in the framework of a unified process of formation of the electronic form of the economic turnover that is reflected in the proposed author’s periodization. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Proceeding from the stated in the article, we can conclude that for the short enough time compared with the development of other sectors of the economy the phenomenon of electronic form of the economic turnover has evolved from inception of the theoretical idea about it before its actual realization and integration into the world economic order. We should emphasize that the chronological framework of each of the specified periods should never be perceived as such, which limit by the specific period of time the development of the preconditions of formation of the electronic form of the economic turnover, which formed the basis of the proposed periodization. We are talking more about the decisive influence of particular breakthrough on the development of object of research in its specific period.
