THE DEVELOPMENT OF PLANAR DEEP-SEAL READY MIX CONCRETE

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to develop high-performance planar deep vibration seal of concrete mixtures of different consistency. Methodology. The analysis of existing structures and methods of compaction of concrete mixtures by deep vibrators, their positive and negative properties are determined. A new design of a planar deep seal consisting of a vertical plate immersed in a concrete mixture on which a vibration exciter of circular vibrations is mounted with the help of a bracket fixed in its upper part is proposed. The design of a compact and low-energy vibration exciter of circular oscillations with a monolithic unbalance shaft, the output end of which is connected by means of a sleeve coupling and a flexible shaft with a drive is described. The operation and operating principle of the proposed planar deep seal are described. The fundamentals of the method of compaction of concrete mixture by variable amplitude-frequency deformation of the concrete mixture arising from the spatial vibrations of the proposed planar deep seal are shown. Results. The technical characteristics of the planar deep seal used for compaction of concrete mixtures are giv-en. Graphically presented and analyzed changes in the amplitude of vibrations of the deep plane vibration compactor and the amplitude of stresses arising in the concrete medium of different consistency in the place of its contact with the deep vibration seal depending on the height of the concrete mixture layer. The change of vibration amplitude and stress amplitude in the concrete medium of different consistency depending on the distance to the vibration source is shown. Originality. The conducted studies have established the main parameters of vibration impact on the compacted medium in the form of variable amplitude-frequency deformation of the compacted medium. Shows the effectiveness of vibrato-ry compaction is plastic with a slump of OK-3.5 – 4 cm mix and hard mix stiffness W=30 – 120 s. the results of the studies allow us to substantiate the rational parameters of the planar depth of the seal, making spatial variability, and the modes of vibration effects on concrete mixtures of different consistencies. Practical value. The obtained results allow us to justify the rational parameters of the deep vibration seal, to choose a rational method of vibration impact on the compacted medium and the corresponding mode of operation depending on the consistency of the concrete mixture and the thickness of the compacted layer. The values of the required duration of the vibration process of compaction of con-crete mixtures of different consistency are given. References 10, tables 2, figures 4.
