The discounted cash flow approach of business valuation as a value based management tool.

Abstract
The paper points out the possibility of using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) approach of enterprise valuation as a tool of Value Based Management. It contains the classification of data and information that are collected, forecasted and obtained in a DCF valuation process. The possibility of using those data and information in three stages of VBM (creating, managing for and measuring value) is shown.
