THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN THE SYSTEM OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS’ OBJECTS BY THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE AND GERMANY

Abstract
In the article problematic issues of educational service as object of the civil rights are considered. The analysis of a concept and signs of educational service and its ratio with category «service» in civil law is carried out. The comparative analysis of the educational legislation of Ukraine and Germany is carried out. Specific features which distinguish educational services from other non-material services are revealed. Following the results of the conducted research the author noted that the educational service as an object of the civil rights is category uncertain and definition of educational service is formulated.
