Abstract
Neurologİcal status of 45 paiients who were operated on for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures were e evaluaied. iniernal fixations included 19 SSI, 12 posterior CD or Alıcı insirumentation and 14 Kaneda instrumentation. No significant difference between these İnternal fixation methods regarding the difference betv/een preoperative andpostoperatlve neurologîcal status of the patients could be found,
