The Effect of ICT of Managers on Organizational Learning Skills in Sports Organizations of Razavi Khorasan Province

Abstract
The present study aimed to investigate the impact of information and communication technology skills of managers on organizational learning, in sport organizations was conducted of Khorasan Razavi province. This study is a descriptive correlational research was conducted through a survey method. The study population included sports administrators of Khorasan province, that number was 66, and given the limited number of society, by counting all methods, all members of society, as the sample, were considered. The research tools included a questionnaire of organizational learning of Marsick and Watkins (1996), and ICT skills questionnaire of Yaghoubi (1395). Validity of the questionnaires of the study was approved by ten experts of sports management and to test the reliability of research tools Cronbach's alpha was used anf for organizational learning questionnaire, 0.89, and 0.92 for ICT skills questionnaire was calculated. To analyze the data, the descriptive statistical tests, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Pearson correlation coefficient were used and one sample T test. The results showed that all variables related to organizational learning and ICT, are lower than the desired level. As well as all components of ICT and organizational learning has a positive and significant relationship and change each one will affect the other. Due to the unsatisfactory level of organizational learning and information technology, in the government sports organizations of Khorasan Razavi province, and significant impact of ICT on improving organizational performance, is necessary to sports organizations, than efforts implement the principles of organizational learning and skills development ICT.
