THE EFFECT OF PHYSICOCHEMICAL FACTORS ON ADSORPTION PROPERTIES OF CHITOSANS IN VITRO MODEL
Journal Title: Progress on Chemistry and Application of Chitin and its Derivatives - Year 2008, Vol 0, Issue
Abstract
Biles’acids undergo adsorption by different kinds of chitosans, that confirms significant this influence on bioavailability of biles’acids in organism of person. Radiation degradation has influence on ability of bond of biles’ acids of chitosans. It does not involve incrementation of degree of degradation incrementation of amount of related biles’ acids always. It introduces in case researched to manner-differentiated chitosans. Modification effects change through degradation radiation important chitosans viscosity, which diminishes along with decrease of average weight of chitosans. Dependence has linear character from average weight important viscosity

STUDIES ON ADSORPTION TIAMFENICOL ON CHITOSANS DEGRADED RADIATION IN PHARMACEUTICAL IN VITRO MODEL
Connections of polymers and biopolymers with biologically active compounds are recently the subject of intensive research. Low molecular weight active ingredient combined with a polymer has, in many cases, the modified a...
STRUCTURAL AND SWELLING PROPERTIES OF HYDROGEL MEMBRANES BASED ON CHITOSAN CROSSLINKED WITH GLUTARALDEHYDE AND SODIUM TRIPOLYPHOSPHATE
Chemically and physically crosslinked chitosan hydrogel membranes were obtained by treatment of chitosan (Ch) with glutaraldehyde (GA) and with GA and subsequently with sodium tripolyphosphate (TPP). The formation of cov...
NOVEL CHITOSAN DERIVATIVES AS FILMS WITH AN ANTIMICROBIAL EFFECT
This paper presents the results of chitosan acylation with linoleic (LA) and dilinoleic acid (DLA). The chemical structures of the new derivatives with different degrees of substitution of LA and DLA were assessed by Fou...
THE MECHANISM OF SORPTION OF Ag+ IONS ON CHITOSAN MICROGRANULES: IR AND NMR STUDIES
The method IR and NMR have been used to study the structure of chitosan microgranules chelated by Ag+ ions. The change of the structure was confirmed by XRD diffractograms which illustrated the crystalline structure. Ana...
PROCESS OF CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION OF OLIGOAMINOSACCHARIDES IN A COLUMN REACTOR
A continuous production of oligoaminosaccharides from chitosan was achieved with a column reactor packed with chitosanolytic enzymes-containing mycelia of Mucor circinelloides and Mucor racemosus immobilized in porous ca...
