The Effect of Work-Life Balance on Distributive Justice through Role Ambiguity

Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of work-life balance on equitable distribution through the ambiguity of its role in PT. Cipta Mandala Indonesia in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach where the population of this study are employees of PT. Cipta Mandala Indonesia with a sample of 50 respondents. The sampling method used is the non-probability sampling method, or saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is partial least squares (PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results showed that: 1) Work-life balance had a significant and positive effect on role instability at PT. Cipta Mandala Indonesia in Surabaya. 2) Work-life balance has a large positive influence on the distribution of PT. Cipta Mandala Indonesia in Surabaya. 3) Role ambiguity has an important and positive effect on the distributive justice of PT. Cipta Mandala Indonesia in Surabaya.
