The Effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Career Development and Employee Performance

Abstract
The research here will examine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and career development on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of UPT Puskesmas Tembuku I as many as 51 employees. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, the entire population is used as a sample. The analytical technique used is a structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling/SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS).Work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect oncareer development. Work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
