THE EFFECTS OF PEDAGOGICAL AND ANDRAGOGICAL THEORIES IN THE SYSTEM OF TRAINING OF FUTURE RESERVE OFFICERS

Abstract
Based on theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical, scientific literature, as well as information resources of the Internet, the essence of key educational theories is provided, which provides the process of professional training of future reserve officers in higher educational institutions. The essence of the principles of key educational theories is described, which characterizes the types, forms and methods of effective organization of professional training on the results of implementation and professional growth of future reserve officers. On the basis of the characteristics of key principles, the article considers the priority of using the interconnections of pedagogical and androgical theories in the format of the effect of the training of future reserve officers in higher education institutions.
