The efficiency of public buyers in the health protection

Abstract
In the article the essence of public procurement in the health sector is considered. The basics of procurement of drugs by medical institutions are outlined. The procedure and effectiveness of the public procurement are defined. The key periods of development of legislation on procurement are researched and identified.
