THE ESSENCE AND CONTENT OF FORENSIC CHARACTERISTICS OF INTENTIONAL MURDER OF HOOLIGAN MOTIVES

Abstract
The article is devoted to forensic characterization of murders of hooliganism as a scientific category, which has a theoretical and practical. The analysis of scientific thought about the concept, nature and content of criminological characteristics. The structure of criminological characteristics of murders of hooliganism, which contains information about a crime the way the identity of the offender, the victim's identity, motive of committing a crime, the time, place and circumstances of the murder, the murder of trace picture. It analyzes each of the elements of criminological characteristics of the test and type of crime defined by their common features.
