The European experience in ethics introduction to the public service and its relevance for Ukraine

Abstract
The article analyzes the foreign experience of introduction ethics into a public service on purpose to use its constructive elements in a domestic practice. It also grounds the necessity of implementing the Ethical Code of the state employee of Ukraine as an effective mechanism of formation morality of the state employees.
