The evaluation of irrigation time and planting data effects on yield and yield components of VignaUnguiculata L
Journal Title: International Research Journal of Applied and Basic Sciences - Year 2013, Vol 5, Issue 5
Abstract
Beans as a result of enough proteins materials can have major role on the human nutrient regimes. To evaluate the irrigation time and planting data on VignaUnguiculateL. yield and yield components, was performed an experiment In west Ivan during 2008-2009 agronomical year with 20 treatments and two factors that included irrigation periods on the base of evaporation amount of A class pan evaporation with 4 levels (50, 90, 130 and 170mm) as a main factor and planting data with 5 levels (6, 16, 25 may and 5 june) as a sub factor as split plot design on the base of complete randomized blocks with three replications. The results showed that total dry material was more than other treatments under 50mm evaporation and at 6 may during all growth period. Coleoptile number per plant except of the 50 and 170mm evaporation amounts, grain number per coleoptile except 90mm and grain number per plant except 170mm evaporation were more under other treatments. 1000grain weight was more than other treatments under 90mm evaporation. Economics yield under 50 and 90mm evaporation was 2415 and 2605kg/ha respectively that was more than other treatments. Grain number per coleoptile, grain number per plant and 1000grain weight was gained under the second planting data. Grain yield was 2390 and 2558kg/ha at the first and second planting data. The less amount of yield related to the 5th June.
