THE EVALUATION OF OLIGARCHY AS A FACTOR OF POLITICAL CORRUPTION IN UKRAINE: CRIMINOLOGICAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to criminological analysis of the phenomenon of the current stage of state building process in Ukraine as oligarchy and its impact on the formation and strengthening of corrupt elements in politics. Concrete measures are proposed to solve the problem of oligarchic influence on political corruption.
