Abstract
In the article the analysis and synthesis of existing methodological and theoretical approaches to public administration. Justification of an interdisciplinary approach to the formation of the national system of public management processes to ensure the quality of life. Its essence lies in the integration of economic, sociological, environmental and politico-legal approaches at various levels of the hierarchy of the public administration system, due to the structural complexity of the category of quality of life.
