Journal Title: Здоров`я дитини - Year 2016, Vol 4, Issue 72

Abstract

In order to determine the feasibility of using a complex of lactobacilli to improve the state of vaginal microbiota, we have examined 37 girls with vulvovaginitis aged 8 to 16 years. The study showed that the use of a complex of lactobacilli in girls in the period of hormonal silence reduces the number of relapses by 1.32 times, although has not a significant effect on the changes in vaginal microbiota. The use of them in puberty period shows a high efficiency, enables to achieve complete clinical and microbiological recovery, to reduce the number of relapses by 1.43 times.
