THE FORMING OF INTEGRAL APPROACH TO ASSESSMENT OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE IN CONDITIONS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGES

Abstract
The methodological and practical recommendations for the forming of integral approach to assessment of social development of the enterprises in the market conditions in the article are substantiated. The etymological content of the scientific category “social development of the enterprise” is disclosed. In the result of investigation the main stages of the management process and assessment tools the level of social development of the enterprise are characterized. The system of generalized assessment indicators of social development of the enterprise is proposed.
