THE FUNCTIONS OF LEGAL PROHIBITIONS AS A MANIFESTATION OF THEIR SOCIAL NATURE

Abstract
The article deals with the question of the evolution of legal prohibitions functional purpose. It was revealed that legal prohibitions have a possibility to realize general social function and can determine activization of the concept “freedom” and general permitting regulation in legal plane.
