The future security environment in the context of the state strategic planning: a conceptual approach

Abstract
The article is devoted to the conceptual review of the concept of the future security environment, as determinants of state strategic planning. The novelty of this article is the other approaches to strategic planning, taking into account the future challenges and threats to the political, military, social, humanitarian, etc. areas, and divided at the level – internal, regional and global – to launch planning in the light of the future. There is substantiated the necessity of installing the system of analytical and forecasting activity at all levels of state management system is.
