The general characteristic of decisions to revise to structure of appeal administrative court

Abstract
The article discusses judicially legal nature of appeal as institute of administrative judicial law, and also research structurally functional characteristic of elements of decisions to revise to structure of appeal administrative court. It is set that judicial relations in relation to the revision of decisions an appeal administrative court arise up, change and halted only for realization of the proper justice, which rights, freedoms, are on the defensive by, legal interests of physical and legal persons and questions decide relatively legality of court decision. Administratively judicial norms which the regulated order of revision of court decisions in matters in an appellate instance set judicial right and duties for every subject and participant, that limits of possible and proper legal conduct. The basic applied aspects of revision of decisions an appeal administrative court are exposed.
