Abstract
During the years of independence, the judicial system of Ukraine has been reformed repeatedly. However, the objectives set before it has never been implemented. For a successful judicial reform, one pattern can be traced: reform of the judicial system should take place in a comprehensive manner: reforming the judicial system itself and other related legal institutions.
