The genesis of system of international institutions. Part 2.

Abstract

The article examines international institutions, which, in accordance with their parametrial classes, per- tain status of an international organization, that is «subjectivity», and act as functional operators of internation- al systems. The coordination of functional specialized international organizations having transnational nature outside sphere of self-organization of humanity being is carried out. The principle of supranationality as a feature inherent in various theories of integration is mentioned. The main highways of movement of international institu- tions, which characterize features of formation and recognition of international legal personality of internation- al institutions at different stages of their development are defined. The authors highlighted the main stages of growth of international institutions, which under the conditions of complete synergy of above highways will lead to construction of a hierarchical system of international institutions.
