THE HISTORY OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE BANKING SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of вecoming and formation of the banking system of Ukraine. The author focuses on the various stages of development of the banking sector of the country, as well as the interrelation of these stages with the economic development of the country and economic crises. In the article researched historical peculiarities of the formation of the banking sector, as well as macroeconomic factors influencing the formation of the domestic banking system. Considered prospects for the development of the banking system of Ukraine and ways to improve its functioning.
