The impact of intellectual capital on the share price performance of listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange

Abstract
What is experienced today, and the massive transfer of material resources to knowledge. The physical and financial assets to achieve the goals of the organization are necessary but insufficient. Science, technology settings, good customer relations, information systems, etc. constitute the intellectual capital of the organization, known as the critical success factors in the information age. It is believed that intellectual capital, including human capital and structural capital have an increasing role in the company's performance and financial results, such as stock price, market value, profitability, productivity and effectiveness. This paper examines the impact Intellectual capital on the share price performance of listed companies on Tehran Stock Exchange during 9's until . To test the hypothesis, the information collected and efficiency of intellectual capital has been calculated. For data analysis, correlation and regression analysis were used. The results of testing the hypothesis that the positive relationship between the efficiency of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital) current price, the stock there.
