THE IMPACT OF THE INCIDENT, «ENRICA LEXIE» IN RELATIONS BETWEEN ITALY AND INDIA (2012–2016)

Abstract
The article deals with the state of italian foreign relations with India after the incident of the MT Enrica Lexie, its results and solution prospects. Authors highlighted: different approaches for settling the dispute, possible changes in Italia-India interaction, effectiveness of international institutions and organizations efforts, aimed at normalization of mutual relations between this two countries. The exposed conclusion shows the Italian Republic actions efficiency in the field of the conflict resolution, the importance of its final judgment by the international court and mutual coordination of countries’ positions through high-level bilateral meetings conduction
