The impact of total quality management (tqm) in business processes

Abstract
Total quality management – is the philosophy of organization, which is based on aspiring to quality and practice of management that results to general management by quality. Thus, quality – is not that you have to observe and add to a production process on some stage, it is an essence of organization. To increase the efficiency of total quality management process, 10 key administrative practices are used. These practices can have deep influence both on small and large enterprises. To achieve the best results, it is necessary to pay attention to two areas, which can give the possibility to get a complete effect from the use of total quality management – they are: participation of employee and benchmarking.
