Abstract
The paper focuses on describing projects co-financed by the “Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment” in the region of Silesia under contracts signed prior to 2013. A detailed discussion is given to specific municipalities (gmina) and the investment projects undertaken in their areas. The paper also identifies the environmental and material outcomes of those projects and presents the findings of audit reports. Finally, it delivers a summary and conclusions.
