THE IMPORTANCE OF PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT FOR WOMEN IN RURAL AREAS

Abstract
The article examines the problems of women's employment, analyzes the factors, proposes a number of measures of social mechanisms. Ways to increase the employment of rural women were also considered, and recommendations were made to improve the system of women's employment.
