Abstract
The article presents the results of an empirical study of the influence of significant individuals on the development and formation of emotional and behavioral characteristics of adolescents. There is of- fered a complex consideration of relations of interpersonal significance of a teenager with his immediate environment as a single system, which includes the main components of the so-called triad: "adolescent – teenager", "teenager – teacher" and "teenager – father", and contributes to the development and formation of his emotional and behavioral features. It is noted that despite the fact that psychology has accumulated a great potential of scientific research that reveals important aspects of the relationship of significance, and also actively searches for effective means of harmonizing the personal and group development of adoles- cents during the period of adolescence, the various aspects of the social interaction of the adolescent with his immediate environment, and the influence of a significant environment on its emotional and behavioral features remain insufficiently studied. It is determined that the development and formation of the personal- ity of a teenager is a dynamic and ambiguous process, and therefore does not occur without complications and contradictions. It is proved that problems in relationships with significant people (peers, parents and teachers) are typical for adolescents, but the strength, frequency, sharpness of manifestations largely depend primarily on the position of meaningful adults, on the style of family education, on the ability to implement with respect to the behavior of the adolescent respectable, but not the tactics of indulgence, mentors. The advantages and disadvantages of the educational process, which lead to the emergence of certain emotional and behavioral characteristics of adolescents. It is emphasized that in order to constructively overcome the existing contradictions in the views of adolescents and a meaningful environment, it is necessary to create a community in their lives, meaningful contacts, expand the scope of cooperation, mutual assistance and trust. As a result, it is anticipated that in the course of performing such joint activities there will be common feelings, feelings, mood, intentions that lead to emotional and spiritual affinity, positively affecting the emo- tional and behavioral features of adolescents.
