THE IMPROVEMENT OF METHODS FOR EVALUATION HOUSING AFFORDABILITY OF THE POPULATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The methods for evaluation housing affordability of the population in Ukraine have been existed, the improving the calculation of housing affordability index by taking into account the level of monthly expenses of each family has been proposed, also the author ‘s classification of young families in Ukraine by income level and the need to own real estate have been developed.
