The improvement of the level of the operating conditions of road trains on a basis of a qualimetry model

Abstract
The qualimetry model of the level of the operating conditions of road trains is considered. It establishes the nomenclature of quality indicators based on the analysis of the conclusions of experts about the impact of factors on the technical condition of the road train. The appropriate values of the complex index of the level of the operating condition is determined on the basis of simulation of the level of the operating condition of Volvo tractor, reserves of improvement of quality of the maintenance on the basis of correction, forecasting frequency maintenance and effort. It has been established that the basic operational properties of road trains (economy, agility, reliability) systematically depend on the parameters of the interacting components. The assessment of the technical condition of road train level is not the composition of their individual performance properties of estimates and require a systematic reflection. The developed techniques adjustments periodicity maintenance and forecasting of the actual life of the basic parts of road trains introduced on the enterprise. It is possible to reduce the unit cost of operation for one car up to 15%.
