The Influence of Job Training, Career Development, And Work Discipline on Employee Performance

Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of determining the direct influence of job training, career development, and work discipline on employee performance. The sample used in this study consisted of 101 employees. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis, with instrument testing techniques supported by IBM SPSS 25 software. The results obtained from this study indicate that: 1) job training, career development, and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Job training partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) Career development partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
