The Influence of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty of Ethnic Gu-Lakudo Traders in Baubau City

Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service qualityon customer loyalty of Ethnic Gu-Lakudo traders in Baubau City. The population in this study is all customers of Ethnic Gu-Lakudo traders in Baubau City, with the number of samples of 100 respondents. Respondents were obtained by convinience sampling method. The data for analysis needs were obtained by spreading the questionnaire using the Likert scale of 5 points. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling method using AMOS software version 24. The result of analysis showed that service quality had a significant positive effect on customer loyalty of ethnic Gu-Lakudo traders in Kendari City.
