Abstract
The article is devoted to definition and scientific analysis of the basic international normative documents and activities of the main international institutions in the fight against terrorism. In the article the systematization of the main international instruments and organizations to combat terrorism on a territorial basis, given their General characteristics, identified the main problems of international cooperation in countering terrorism and the ways of their overcoming.
