THE INTRODUCTION OF THE "ELECTRONIC COURT" IN THE ACTIVITY OF THE COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE

Abstract
The issues of practical implementation of the project "electronic court" are investigated: the most significant problems and prospects of the project, ways to improve the introduction of electronic justice in the legal proceedings. The procedure for applying to court in electronic form has been investigated. Analyzed current and prospective legislation of Ukraine in this area, identified the most significant problems.
