The issue of guarantees and compensations for workers who combine work with education

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the issue of guarantee and indemnity payments for workers who combine work with education. It is concluded that the employer is obliged to create the necessary conditions and to facilitate the professional and technical training of employees who are trained in production or improve their qualifications or study in educational institutions without interruption.
