THE ISSUE WHICH IMPROVING THE SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE IN ORGANIZATION

Abstract
Peculiarities of the conflict on the social and labor relations in the organization are characterized in the scientific article . The main types of conflicts between individuals of industrial relations and their causes are analyzed. The influence of social and labor conflict in public life, which can be traced in all spheres of society. The approaches to the typology of contradictions which cause conflicts are generalized. This conflict facilitates realignment of social forces, the general progress of the socio-economic sphere, development of new industrial relations.
