THE LABOR LEGISLATION OF UKRA INE DURING THE TOTALITARIAN REPRESSION REGIME (1929–1939)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the labor legislation of Ukraine in the period of the totalitarian-repressive regime. Attention is focused on the fact that the all-Union legislative acts over the republican laws had the advantage. The legislative acts regulation employment were investigated and aimed at combating the turnover of personnel. Particular attention is paid to legislative acts aimed as strengthening labor discipline, combating absenteeism, social security, regulation of wages.
